Business License Registration
Before we assist to check any matters pertaining to business license application, you are required to pay RM500 as a first consultation fee. This is to enable us to have an in depth understanding of your business before the said application. Upon receipt of payment, our experienced consultants will be in touch with you. You may contact us via email, phone calls or visits to our office.
However, we would like to emphasize that we may not be able to assist in certain business license application. This is because the relevant authorities may request to be in touch with the license holder as these businesses will require in depth knowledge of said industry.
Application of business license
The local authority of each jurisdiction may impose different requirements for business license and signboard applications.

WHOLESALE, RETAIL, TRADING (WRT) PERMIT
WRT (Wholesale, Retail, Trading) Permit is only applicable to foreign companies (more than 50%). Retail, Trading (Import – Export), Distributorship, Restaurants, Franchising, Services and Consulting companies have to apply to the Ministry of Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumer Affairs of Malaysia for the permit.
The WRT permit will be valid for 2 years upon approval. Applicant must renew 3 months before its expiry of validity.

- Restaurant Business – Menu ( Food & Beverages ), Chef/ Staffs qualifications documents ( certificates/ other relevant documents )
- Description of business premise and product photos
